Account info (name, email, Google sign-in identifier), profile info you submit (bio, photo), usage data (which screens you visit, AI runs you start, tickets you post), and device info (model, OS version, FCM push token).
To run the app: serve AI picks, settle tickets, route DMs, deliver push notifications, process payments via Google Play / RevenueCat, and detect abuse. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to retrain external AI models without your consent.
When you start an AI run, the prompt and any attached betslip image are sent to Google (Gemini) for processing. These providers process the data under their own terms and don't retain it for model training. Web searches the AI performs are issued to public search providers.
Account data lives in Supabase (EU/US region depending on your locale) for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts purge personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (tax records for paid purchases, anti-fraud signals).
Limited third parties: Google (Play Billing, Firebase Auth + FCM, Analytics), RevenueCat (subscription routing), Supabase (database + storage host), and Google AI (model inference). Aggregated, anonymised metrics may be shared with partners; never personal data.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email support@nerdtrader5.com or use Settings → Account → Delete account. We honour requests within 30 days.
Odds AI is for adults (18+ or local gambling age). We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we'll remove the account.
Transport is TLS. Database access enforces row-level security tied to your Firebase user ID. DM media lives in private buckets with signed-URL access only. We rotate API keys and use 2FA on internal accounts.
We'll surface material privacy changes in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
