By creating an account or using Odds AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We may revise these terms; continued use after a revision means you accept the change.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Odds AI. Sports betting may be illegal where you live — you are responsible for knowing and following local law. Odds AI does not facilitate or accept wagers; it provides information and AI-generated analysis only.
Odds AI uses large language models and live sports data to generate predictions, research, and chat. These outputs are statistical opinions, not investment or gambling advice. No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance of the AI (win rate, ROI, etc.) does not predict future results. You bet at your own risk.
Pro and Expert subscriptions auto-renew through Google Play unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Pro opens with a 3-day free trial. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable consumables. Credits never expire, but the Expert monthly allotment does not roll over.
Communities let members join and discuss picks. Some communities require a paid membership, which is billed through Google Play from your in-app credit balance. Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play's policies. We may suspend or remove communities that violate these terms or our content policies (no abuse, no manipulation, no illegal markets).
Don't: scrape the app, reverse-engineer the AI, attempt to bypass paywalls, post illegal content, harass other users, or impersonate Odds AI. We may suspend accounts that do.
Odds AI owns the app, the brand, the AI models we train, and the aggregated platform data. You retain ownership of content you post (tickets, posts, comments) but grant us a worldwide license to display it inside the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; we'll honour outstanding refund-eligible purchases per Google Play policy.
Odds AI is provided AS IS. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
